After somewhat of a break, I have THREE cakes to do this week now. Whoa. Anyway, this is number one, completed yesterday for a small girl’s birthday 🙂 First time I’ve done 2D fondant shapey things to this degree, so I’m pretty happy with it, even though I can still see a couple of things I’d try to tweak next time (just in terms of cutting technique, etc). I free-handed the mermaid, so definitely happy with how that turned out :3 And hey, perfectly on theme for #Mermay!
