Today: finalising grades, trying to figure out something valuable to do with classes to the end of term now assessment is over, etc.
This evening: making some graphics for the husband, and plotting the beginnings of a Pokemon birthday party.
Husband is bemused, but the kidlet and I are super into Pokemon GO together, and it’s awesome. If he reads in the car in the morning, he gets to play it on the way home from school, AND I’ll take the detour along the road that has a bunch of Pokestops. 😀 We are hardly playing for sheep stations (or gym ownership, as the case may be – and actually I don’t let him in the gyms, partially because violence (which he has enough of of his own, thx v mch) but let’s be real, mostly because we don’t play often enough to have high level Pokemon, and we’d just end up getting our butts kicked all the time and having to revive our poor lil ‘mons :’D :’D) but we have a bunch of fun, and we got to evolve our first two Eevee yesterday and ended up with a Flareon and a Jolteon, so that’s exciting.
We’d stopped playing for about a year because I’d lost the password and then my phone was full and I had to delete all extraneous apps, so it’s cool to have logged back in just a couple of weeks ago and now be seeing all the new sets of Pokemon animals that have been released in the meantime. Though some of them are just, like, what were you guys ON??? o.O O.o
