Made-It Monday: Another Book Cover! :D

Welcome to #MadeItMonday, where I post something I’ve made in the previous week, and where you can join in and post something you made too! The rules are easy: post a pic somewhere of something you’ve made in the last week (ish; let’s say in the last month as the hard-and-fast) and tag it. Sit back and enjoy scrolling through all the beautiful things we’ve collectively created, and celebrate the fact that humans can be awesome!

So working on these two books (i.e. this week’s book and last week’s book) in parallel has been a little confusing for reasons I’ll go into tomorrow, and I know it’s not super best practice to be promoting two books to you at once, but NEVER MIND OKAY? The brain, she decided it is the Month For Doing Covers, and so All The Covers Shall Be Done. Including (maybe, I’m not confirming anything :P) at least one cover for a Christmas release… Oops.

Look, making covers and doing chores I have on my to-do list for, like, August, was just a LOT shinier than doing the chores I was supposed to do this week, okay? I still got a bunch done, so I’m happy 😀

ANYhue, without even further ado, it’s a cover! Hurrah! First just the straight cover:

All The Things We Saved You From, a book cover depicting a castle surrounded by a natural moat in the middle distance between craggy mountains, with the sun setting goldenly behind in between strange shaped clouds.

And then the book mock-up, because it is so pretty <3

This is a slightly cheaty made-it Monday because I purchase the image itself, but I did make it into a cover and I did all the text and everything, so. As the inventor of made-it Monday, I hereby rule it permissible 😀 (Also, if you happen to be interested, you may indeed be able to preorder this book already – either from my site, or from your favourite ebook retailer. The book comes out June 24, and print preorders will be available closer to release date <3 )

And now, what have you made this week? Don’t forget to tag your contribution, or even better, leave a link in the comments!! I love seeing what inspiring things other people have made 🙂 🙂 🙂
